A fully stocked kitchen, 1st floor 1/2 bath, dining room, parlor, living room, & bedroom (king bed) await you. The 2nd floor has 2 bdrms (1 queen room & 1 with full & twin), a beautiful ceramic tiled bathroom, walk in shower & claw foot tub. All linens, lots of extra pillows & blankets. Cozy cottage with room for 4-5 on Lake Michigan. Conveniently located five minutes from Escanaba, you can relax in the hot tub, enjoy the fire pit, soak in the views of lake from the fenced in yard, or walk down to the lake with chairs and a fire pit waterside. The cottage is located with shared parking next door to a restaurant that we also own; the best wood fired pizza around! Security cameras on premises and parking on the avenue or in the private large driveway in the back. Plenty of room for a boat.

A two story house on 40 acres near golfing, hiking, and casino. Enjoy summers hiking, fishing, boating, farmers markets and site seeing. Fall is a great time for autumn colors, hunting birds and deer. Winters are made for snowmobiling, cross country skiing and ice fishing. Spring to see the flowers bloom!
