Picasso Apartment is a bright and spacious apartment with a warm, homely atmosphere and plenty of comfort. Perfect for couples, small families or guests who want to combine work and relaxation. The apartment has two bedrooms: one bedroom with a comfortable double bed one multifunctional room with a workspace, sports equipment and an IKEA sofa bed (suitable for 2 people). A cot is also available. The bathroom has authentic Spanish tiles, a spacious walk-in shower and a washing machine. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The living area has a high bar table, a spacious sofa, a new 55-inch smart TV and fast Wi-Fi – ideal for streaming or working. Large French doors lead to the private terrace.
