This St. Augustine apartment is right in the heart of quaint & historic downtown! This lower level apartment is furnished with a king bed in the master bedroom with a bath and a queen bed in the second bedroom with bath and is perfect for 1-4 guests. A short 5-8 minute walk allows visitors to explore the many downtown historic sites, museums & restaurants. One parking spot is available on site. There is free parking on our street (except from Nov15th-Jan11th during Nights of Lights).

Apartment is on the second floor facing picturesque streets of Vilano Beach area. Waterfront private outside dining area with a grill, dock, and boardwalk are available on the waterfront side of the property. Famous local restaurants Cap's on the Water and Aunt Kate's are within walking distance from the property.

Parking for 1 vehicle only Studio apt. attached to our house but privately separated. Centrally located in Jacksonville, only a ten minutes to the beaches, 12 minutes to mayo clinic. Unit has all you need for a week long stay or just one night. Full Kitchen and laundry. Decorative Lighted patio available for all guests. Comfortable Queen sized bed easily sleeps 2, crib available on request for infants younger than 2. Hosts are friendly and answer communications immediately. Thank you.

Double Dolphin Bungalow

This is a great beach apt. located on the 1st floor. walk 1 short block to the beach and put your toes in the sand. This neighborhood is close to everything, we even have a local coffee shop a few doors down. Cute space with all tile floors and comfy furniture to kick back and relax after a day in the sun. Just for added information no central air or heat but we have window units and electric fireplace and space heaters. Will accept pets on a case by case basis $40.00 per stay pet fee.

Two Bedrooms - Walk to the Beach!

Location Location Location! 4 blocks from the ocean 5 blocks from Jax Beach Pier 5 minutes from Atlantic Beach 10 minutes from Mayo Clinic 20 minutes from Saint Johns Town Center Newly renovated & extremely clean. 48" TV with Netflix, HBO, ESPN, TNT, etc. The house is an old Florida beach duplex with a private cottage in the back. Guests will be staying in the upstairs of the main duplex. Completely private with no shared spaces and private parking space. All travelers welcome!

Charming "Treehouse" apartment

Let this unique 1 bdrm/1 bath (w/ claw-footed tub) apartment provide the relaxation and comfort you should expect when on vacation. The bedroom has a comfy queen-sized mattress and the black recliner in the living room has the potential to lull you into a dreamy state when you're not out exploring! The treehouse is close enough to attractions/beach/restaurants to walk or ride bikes (We have an assortment of bikes and beach paraphernalia for your use). Three day minimum.

This is a lovely vacation home in downtown  St. Augustine. This charming retreat offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and charm, while providing an unforgettable getaway experience. (access streaming apps with your own codes) Kitchen with all kitchen ware, washer and dryer within the unit. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. Pets are not allowed.

The unit is above the two-car garage where you enter to go up stairs to the 500 square foot apartment. It has a living room, full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It's a few short blocks to Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) where you can enjoy breath-taking walks. Short drive to everything!
