Penthouse South is a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit which sleeps a total of 10 people with a king bedroom, a 2 queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with a queen bed and a set of single bunk beds. The 2 bathrooms were recently remodeled with tile (pictures to be updated). The kitchen has a double oven and granite counter tops. The exterior deck overlooks the pool from the second floor. There is a television in the living room and the king bedroom. There are free washers and dryers on site.

The unit has a comfortable King bed, and a full size sleeper sofa, a kitchenette, and full private bathroom. This unit is best for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4, but it will be tight.
