Room 1 is upstairs in the front of the house overlooking Union Ave. There is a queen platform bed with an amazing mattress (every guest has complimented how wonderful they slept). The bed has six nice sized cedar drawers to store your belongings. There is a closet for hanging clothes and luggage rack. Additional amenities include a ceiling fan, tv and two comfy chairs to sit and enjoy the people watching. Your private bath has a large walk in shower and vanity to house all your toiletries.
