There are two beds-one comfortable queen and a cozy twin; hardwood floors throughout; the kitchen has granite counters, new appliances and a raised eating bar; separate dining table and work desk; bathroom is fully tiled with a glass enclosed shower. Central HVAC.Two off-street parking spaces are yours, along with a shared fenced yard and a separate coded entry for security.

This stand alone cottage is a private retreat making for the perfect getaway. We have a firm no pets policy, except for licensed service animals.
