Custom built, high end home on 10 acres w/ spring fed pond & trails, 5 minutes to downtown Saratoga. Complete privacy for your group! 1 king bed, 4 queen beds, 1 sleeper sofa in basement apartment & large couch in main living space. 3.5 baths. Chef’s custom kitchen. Screened in porch, deck, fire pit and grill. Home is professionally cleaned after each guest but dogs occasionally live here so allergies may be a concern. Please note: there is a pond liability waiver signature required.

Our home has an outdoor gazebo, gas grill and a stone patio fire pit, all facing the river.

Lake House in Averill Park, NY

Our lake house is on Glass Lake in Averill Park, NY. In case you want to venture off, it is close to Saratoga (race season!), the Berkshires MA, Albany NY, and Vermont. Incredibly private with spacious property. Our lake house is great for families with kids and couples, and handicap accessible. It is great for any season (leaves, skiing, fishing, swimming). Kayaks, row boat.....and the lake!! Booking guest must be at least 25 years old.
