Our unique villa is situated at the Ionian coast of Saranda. Part of a compound of four villas, it offers a wonderful view of the sea with a direct exit to the beach. On the ground floor, there is a large living space with a fireplace and a bathroom. Three double rooms are located in the upper floor, while on the top, there is a bedroom linked to a stunning veranda. Surrounded by a careful gardening touch, our villa becomes the perfect place for those who need a peaceful state of mind.

Relax with your family or your friends at this peaceful place to stay. This place is comfortable for up to 5 persons, because the L-shaped sofa is large enough for two persons to sleep on, as it measures 3 by 3 meters. The conditions are: air conditioning, kitchen , wifi , free parking and a Smart Tv with Netflix and other apps. It is only a five minute walk from the sea.
