The property has its own private dock accessible for personal motor boat use and is equipped with a Canoe, 2 Kayaks, and Pedal Boat for guest use! 5 mins to Downtown Saranac Lake and 20 mins to Lake Placid. We've spent 2 years bringing this 115 year old house back to a home. It was originally a "cure cottage" on Park Avenue, a quiet lovely street just a short walk to downtown Saranac Lake, restaurants, shopping, the beach and tourist attractions. Close to Lake Placid. Includes fully equipped kitchen, bathrobes, firewood.

Access to the Adirondack Rail Trail is nearby. This space is suitable for three people comfortably. There is 1 Full sized bed and 1 twin bed.

The apartment is above the garage which is separate from the house.
