This flower-covered stone cabin, once part of the historic Posada de Santiago, sits inside a private gated community on the lakeshore, where the only sounds are birdsong and water. Light the outdoor fireplace at night, cook under the stars, and end every evening in the jacuzzi as the volcano glows at dusk. Rosita, our resident rescue dog, may join you for an evening by the fire. She's gentle, quiet, and very much part of the soul of Casa Sol.

A large property hidden in the jungle on the shores of Lake Atitlán. Relax, rest, and focus in total peace and quiet: there are no roads, no cars, and no neighbors. The only sound is the chirping of the birds in the trees. The property is only accessible by boat. It's a 4-minute boat ride from the city of Santiago. My workers and I will take you in a boat back and forth between the property and Santiago.
