Welcome to Santiago, a tranquil town nestled along the southwest shore of Lake Atitlán. This stone cottage is set in a lush, tropical garden with Volcán San Pedro rising up directly across the lake. Have your morning coffee on the front patio or relax in the hammock. Have a barbecue or make a fire in the outdoor stone oven/fireplace or relax at sunset on the brand new mirador. Make use of the shared community facilities including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and access to kayaks and canoes.

Use all the facilities on the wider property: wake up and dive in the swimming pool; meditate, do yoga while facing the volcano; peddle to the other side of the lake; heat up in the sauna, cool down in the lake; observe the stars during the night from the Jacuzzi, make a fire in the cottage before going to sleep. Hacienda is the remodeled and biggest house in the former La Posada de Santiago. The house has a huge garden and a balcony with great lakeview. From Hacienda it is 100 mtr to the lakeside facilities: pool jacuzzi, sauna, dock, kayaks, BBQ place, fire pit, yoga hut. These are shared by some 10 cottages. For people who want to relax and enjoy nature. Not for parties.
