The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

CasaLina

Casalina is a renovated house in the quiet area of Montepertuso which is 20 minutes away from the center of Positano by bus. 1 minute walking from the restaurant “Il Ritrovo”. Mini-market just around the corner (1 minute walking) There are no steps to get to the house. The house is two floors, with kitchen, a living room, and two bedrooms, two restrooms, wifi, tv. No private parking. The bedrooms have no doors, so if you want privacy it might be an issue. City tax: 2.50€ per person/per night

Il primo livello (130 mq) ha 2 camere da letto (una con bagno en-suite), soggiorno, bagno e cucina attrezzata. Terrazzo luminoso. Al secondo livello (130 mq) è la splendida terrazza con vista a 360°. Sentieri escursionistici e servizi a pochi minuti. La spiaggia è raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata. Ottimamente riscaldata, è ideale anche d’inverno.

La Palombara is located in Vico Equense about 1 km from the center and it is the home of a typical family of the Sorrento coast where a lot of hospitality and cordiality dominate. The hot tub is heated in march, april, september and october. It is at room temperature in summertime. It is shared. There is a double bed, sofa bed, safe, kitchenette, air conditioning, private bathroom, sea view balcony and private entrance. You can see and hear the sea near by more. It's wonderful..

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

In this villa you can feel home , relax in our beautiful private garden and Jacuzzi in the apartment. We have 2 bedrooms + comfortable sofa bed in the living room , 2 bathrooms, big fully-equipped kitchen with big living room. If you want to enjoy and relax in Positano, Villa Laura is the best place !

Villa Afrodite

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
