Next to the pool there is a barbecue, a covered terrace with 2 tables and 10 chairs. Additional amenities include barbecue facilities. Free parking and free WiFi are also available. Guests can enjoy views of the mountains and vineyards from the property. Villa Jadran has been welcoming guests since July 2015.

The house is a one-story house with a pool for 4 people. It is located in the center of Labin. It consists of a kitchen with a dining room, a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a storage room and terrace with pool. High greenery around the house provides privacy and private parking.
