On your private shaded terrace, an outdoor table and furniture w/sink allows you to prepare breakfast or cold bites. Activities? Denia tiene kilómetros de playas de arena y roca, donde practicar todo tipo de deportes naúticos y desde la casa se pueden hacer excursiones a la montaña. En la casa también hay folletos con todas las actividades deportivas y culturales. Dénia está declarada ciudad creativa de la gastronomía por la Unesco.

Se ofrecen todo tipo de servicios (toallas, tanto de ducha como de playa, self service de agua fría y agua caliente, dulces, fruta, refrescos, aceite, vinagre, sal, pan, leche, galletas, salados, botella de cava de bienvenida, hielo, zumos…) Se alquila por semanas (de sábado a sábado en los meses de julio y agosto).

Dispone de aire acondicionado frio/calor en todas las estancias de la casa así como calefacción por suelo radiante. La villa está provista de piscina climatizada todo el año.

Deux terrasses orientées différemment vous permettront de choisir vos lieux préferés pour vos repas.

La casita (construida entre 1910- 1920) es una de las pocas construcciones de estilo mediterráneo tradicional de la zona que se ha conservado y no se ha derruido con el fin de construir bloques de apartamentos. El espíritu de la casa es humilde y sencillo aunque, desde el primer momento en que cruzas la verja de entrada, te invade su esencia acogedora y única. Este carácter tan singular se aprecia en cada detalle que te rodea y en cada rincón de la casa.
