It is located within the garden of the main house where I live and it has a pleasant garden where guests can relax and a safe private parking. Guests can reach the heart of the historic center and its monuments with a 10-15 minute walk along the beautiful Florentine riversides.

All'interno di una struttura ex colonica, in città, ma appena fuori dal traffico cittadino. A due passi dalla fermata dell'autobus n.28 e n.2 per il centro storico di Firenze e a due passi dalle ville medicee della zona di Castello. La casa è disposta su due piani, collegati da una comoda scala a chiocciola. La cucina e il bagno sono dotati di tutti i comfort. Tutta la struttura e la depandance sono completamente nuove. La dependance ha un ingresso separato.

L’alloggio con accesso privato, bagno privato e angolo cottura si trova in una delle zone più belle di Firenze. Puoi raggiungere tranquillamente il centro passeggiando e a fine giornata poter riposare fuori dal caos o raggiungere il Piazzale Michelangelo per poter ammirare il tramonto su Firenze. La fermata dell’autobus si trova nella via parallela. Per chi viaggia in bicicletta possibilità di metterla all’interno.
