Just off the living room you will find the fully equipped professional kitchen. A spectacular stone mantle serves as the hood for the stove and makes an elegant statement in this lovely cooking area. The main bedroom is completely spacious and well lit, the second bedroom is smaller and doesn't have the river view but is indeed very cozy. Both have queen beds and full marble ensuite bathrooms. The combination of antiques furnishings with modern design elements is truly a step into Italian Luxury. This fantastic apartment offers you the chance to immerse yourself into the heart of ancient Florence. The prime location is a perfect starting point for exploring all of the city’s most notable landmarks. The magical views from all rooms of this accommodation surround you in the beauty of Florence all day and night. There is a supermarket conveniently located 150 meters from the apartment. The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.

Walk up the stone staircase and enter into a charming space that's been totally renovated, enhancing details such as high wooden ceilings and traditional stone walls. Among the Italian antiques, a 17th-century oil painting over the fireplace stands out. A place filled with a sense of history, with all the modern conveniences you may need, located in S.Croce area on the FIRST ITALIAN FLOOR (20 steps from the front door) of a small building of the XVI Century. The apartment is on two levels.

L'appartamento di 52mq ha due camere da letto matrimoniali: una doppia indipendente ed una nel soppalco con affaccio sul salotto. Un bagno spazioso con accesso indipendente. Un salotto ampio con annessa cucina e sala da pranzo. Gli spazi sono ampi e luminosi. L'appartamento si trova all'ultimo piano di uno storico palazzo appena ristrutturato, accessibile tramite ascensore ed affaccia sulla caratteristica via Pietrapiana. WiFi e smart TV sono disponibili gratuitamente per il vostro relax.

Il mio alloggio è vicinissimo alla splendida Piazza di Santa Croce. La zona è centrale ma tranquilla. In pochissimi minuti a piedi si posso raggiungere ed ammirare i principali monumenti della città: Palazzo Vecchio, gli Uffizi, il Duomo, Palazzo Pitti e la Basilica di San Lorenzo. L'appartamento è molto luminoso e le stanze son comode e spaziose. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie con bambini.

The roof terrace is located on the third and top floor, without a lift (where the brave dare) of a small building in the lively Sant'Ambrogio neighborhood, just steps from all the city's major attractions. From the terrace, you can enjoy views of the city's rooftops, including Brunelleschi's dome and the synagogue's dome. The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2022 to offer you the best possible accommodation.
