You'll be 10 minutes to downtown Felton and 25 minutes to Santa Cruz. The cottage is on a shared property and next door to the main house. Please note there is no indoor shower (outdoor only). The private unit has its own entrance and is right in the heart of the Santa Clara Valley wine region. There are no check out chores and we allow two days between booking to insure the unit is fresh for every visitor.
