Sunny apartment with 75ms terrace in Barcelona !

Bonito apartamento con terraza y balcón a 15min (metro) de Sagrada Familia, 20min del centro de Barcelona(Passeig de Gracia), 15min andando hasta la playa. Muy bien comunicado con Metro-Bus-Tranvia-Tren. Terraza 75m con muebles(sofá, sillones, mesas) y plantas para un descanso placentero. Apartamento muy luminoso limpio y confortable con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. La zona es muy tranquila con cafeterías, bares y buenos restaurantes a buen precio. Parking municipal gratis muy cerca.
