Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Das gemütliche, modern rustikale Apartment, liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu bestens ausgebauten Wanderwegen, sowie einem großen Loipennetzwerk . Die Ski/- Wanderbushaltestelle in das Schigebiet Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

Unsere wunderschöne neue Wohnung liegt ins idyllischen Lofer, wo mann wandern, raften, klettern, fischen und schifahren usw. kann. Sie können entspannen in unsere aussen Sauna oder beim Grillen in unsere Garten. Für die Kinder gibt es ein Spielplatz und Streichelzoo. Im Sommer ein Schwimmbad, Badminton und Tischtennis. Der neue, in traditioneller Architektur errichtete Holzblock Bau, mit Schafwolle gedämmt, befindet sich in den idyllischen Seen und Salzkammergutgebiet Nähe des Salzburgrings. Die Bushaltestelle Richtung Salzburg oder Bad Ischl ist in nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Von hier aus können Sie im ca Halb Stunden Takt alle Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Ausflugsziele antreten.
