Great place to relax and enjoy some amazing Scuba Diving, Paddle boarding, Jumping off a dock, watching amazing sunsets from a hammock, etc. Our little Casa Mar has a ton to offer for couples or families with little kids. You can enjoy amazing walks by the beach each morning, a shared dock, shared swimming pool that is hardly ever busy and 300' of front beach that the community has to offer. Very kid friendly yet amazing for couples as well. close to everything else, airport, grocery store.

Best location in the Sundancer property. Unit #1 is on the beach with a water view from the patio. Nestled in lush tropical landscape for privacy, ocean breezes, and peace and quiet. Centrally located in Sandy Bay, the property is part of the Marine Park preserve. The calm waters are fun to kayak, paddle board, or swim and explore underwater teaming with tropical fish and corals. Also enjoy the shared pool. This is a quiet tranquil area without crowds, and close to the tourist sites.

Enjoy the entire house where you can walk 30 seconds to the beach, have access to the ocean where you can snorkel, fish, and relax on the beach. A dock is available for your use as well. The airport is ten minutes drive away with private parking at the house. Grocery stores, restaurants, and dive shops are near and can be accessed by cabs or your rental car.
