Modern 2-bedroom home in Rio Rancho. Everything was remodeled. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a fully non-smoking space. A small third bedroom I keep private as an owner's closet. Adjacent to Albuquerque, near Petroglyphs, Sandia Mountain Tramway, and about an hour+ to Santa Fe. Even though the entire home is "one level," there are two steps to a sunken living room. Free 50-amp EV charging outlet L2 (NEMA 14-50) so bring your own charging cable/adapter. (If you forget it, let me know.)

Hiking + hot springs nearby, including Ghost Ranch, Poshuouingue ruins & Ojo Caliente Springs! Most pets are welcome (for a pet fee). This Jemez Springs cozy private cottage has beautiful views of the valley and is close to family-friendly activities including natural attractions like hot springs and hiking trails. Built in the 1890's by early settlers, you’ll love the place because of the location and the peace and quiet. We welcome dogs. There is a $25 charge per stay for up to 2 dogs. Thanks!
