The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. Nestled in the Huron-Manistee National Forest and the National Scenic Pine River corridor, it's the perfect location for kayaking, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, golf, cross county and downhill skiing, . Conveniently, the new legal designated ORV Scenic Ride traverses right outside our drive.! Lake Michigan beaches in Manistee and all that Traverse City has to offer are just 30 minutes away.

Unique beautiful downtown loft overlooking 8th street shops and restaurants. Incredible space with 2 master bedrooms plus twin bed studio area. Full kitchen, dining area, seating areas, TV/ bar room, fireplace, library, and private roof top deck with hot tub and grill complete this one-of-a-kind home. Two reserved parking spaces. 100% updated. The building dates to the 1890's and all the brick and flooring is original, but everything else is new while the character has been preserved.

It comes complete with private lake frontage, dock, and an extensive shallow sandy bottom. Big Whitefish lake is an all seasons, all sports lake that is perfect for any occasion.

The Lake Lodge Estate is an amenity-rich, spacious 3600 sq ft property on a park-like acre steps away from Big Pine Island, a 223-acre all sports lake. 30 minutes northeast of Grand Rapids. Perfect year around for gatherings. Pontoon included in rental in summer June to August only. Fee outside of those months due to weather factors and it available on a daily basis of use. Firepit for relaxing & outdoor kitchen for ultimate BBQ experience. Pet friendly with fee.

Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage has been completely renovated. It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and paddle boat, plus private dock (early May through late October, weather permitting). Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.
