Welcome to The Seaside Cottage, a custom home on the Monterey Peninsula. Our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom is designed for relaxation, luxury, privacy, and comfort. Enjoy cooking in the handcrafted kitchen, soaking in the clawfoot tub, reading by the fire, & dining al fresco in the private yard. The Seaside Cottage is a quick drive on the scenic Highway 1 to Monterey, Carmel, Pebble Beach, & Big Sur. Spend your days exploring the Peninsula & your evenings relaxing in this one of a kind home.

Nestled in the Beautiful seascape of the Bay Area, this warm and welcoming home is centrally located to everything Monterey, Pacific Grove and Carmel have to offer! The stunning sand dunes by the home and the views of the setting sun on the ocean horizon are sure to impress. The home is in a safe secluded area and offers keypad entry, driveway parking, and 2 car garage. Please note this home is not on the beach. It is on the other side of Highway 1 and the mapped location is accurate.

Comfortably sleeps five in the peaceful town of Pacific Grove California. Close to Monterey Bay Aquarium, Fisherman's Wharf, Pebble Beach, 17-Mile Drive, and all Monterey Peninsula activities. Guest rate us 5 star consistantly. Newly remodeled! Enjoy the Country Canyon as you relax in the hot tub or read a book outside in the sun. The beds are comfy, and the place is spacious. Outside BBQ area. Ten mins. drive to downtown and the beach. Ten mins. to Seca Raceway. Our Home works best for three couples and maybe two children. Enjoy all amenities, guests love it here! Please when you fill out the number of guests put it in exactly. It will be much less complicated later.

Cozy Seaside cottage conveniently located in a friendly neighborhood in Seaside. Our slice by the sea is close to the beach, Monterey fairgrounds, Laguna Seca Raceway and more! Enjoy a quiet stay in Monterey bay with a private driveway and patio area as well as a full laundry room and fully stocked kitchen. New carpet and a recently renovated bathroom are an added plus! Walking distance to grocery stores, Walgreens, and local restaurants. Perfect retreat for a couple or just you!

Elegant retreat close proximity to everything

The Studio is brand new. It has a private entrance with no other apartments, hence very quiet, no one else living in the building. Situated above world famous "Anderle Gallery" An adjustable Queen bed with a remote to make softer or harder. A flat screen 4K TV at the foot of the bed, with Wifi, and access to NetFlix, Prime, etc with your password. Beautifully decorated with art objects, lamps and rugs. All new range, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and iron/board.

The Sleeper: cozy private suite, entrance & bath.

A comfortable space with private entrance and bathroom. Light & airy with high ceilings and garden view through a large picture window. Queen size bed, ceiling fan, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

The washer and dryer is available inside the garage if needed. They're also laundry detergent, softner, and dryer sheets on the cabinet above washer. Im available 24hrs everyday of your stay for any questions. The house is nestled in the hills of Seaside with gorgeous views of Monterey. Del Monte Beach’s boardwalk is a 10-minute drive away, as are walking trails at Laguna Grande Regional Park. An array of shopping and dining is a short drive away.

The Beach, Golfing, Diving, Fishing, Hiking are a just a few minutes away as well.
