Szomszédos utcában (6 perc séta) villamos és buszmegálló. A lakás 32 négyzetméteres, teljesen felszetelt: hűtő-fűtő légkondicionáló, wifi, Tv szolgáltatás, mosogatógép, mosó és szárítógép. Kétszintes szálláshelyünk a földszinten 2 szobában 6 főnek, míg az emeleten 3 szobában 8 főnek nyújt szállást. Családoknak, baráti társaságoknak és pároknak egyaránt ideális. Szobáink klimatizáltak, okos TV-vel felszereltek és ingyenes Wi-Fi érhető el a vendégház teljes területén. A kikapcsolódást egy 6 személyes szauna teszi teljessé.

U blizini su Palić, Akvapark Palić i Zoološki vrt Palić. Idealna je za odmor u prirodi, opuštanje i uživanje u blizini turističkih atrakcija.

Ceo objekat je namešten u autentičnom stilu seoskog ambijenta. Dve terase za odmor i druženje i veliko dvorište. Ima mogućnost za smeštaj kućnih ljubimaca. Banja Kanjiža je na udaljenosti od 7 km. Nema stalnu posadu, samo po potrebi. Doručak nije u ponudi.
