El apartamento está totalmente amueblado; tiene agua caliente, TV (con Magis), cocina, microondas, refrigeradora, utensillos de cocina. Internet fibra óptica, 300 Mbs. Limpieza 2 veces a la semana (para estadias largas). Para estancias mayores a una semana hay acceso a un espacio común de lavandería. Hay dos mini súper al frente. Se ofrece espacio de parqueo PERO HAY QUE SOLICITARLO PREVIAMENTE PARA RESERVARLO. El parqueo es para vehiculos medianos o pequeños, PERO NO PARA VEHICULOS GRADES.
