This is a beautiful two bedroom one bath charming duplex, in the heart of Las Cruces. It boasts a six person hot tub, a four car gated parking area, private gated back patio, tastfully decorated in vintage south western decor. Since the space is so centrally located, please be aware the sounds of the bustling city may be heard inside the space. It is near the university, grocery stores, pubs, coffee shops, the mall, the downtown area as well as a plethora of restaurants.

Our guesthouse is located on historic Highway 28, also known as the Don Juan de Onate Trail, which connects El Paso and Las Cruces. It is one of the area's most scenic routes. You can find breweries, multiple wineries, and the famous Chopes restaurant and bar along the route. The highlight of the 10-mile drive from our little house in San Miguel to historic Mesilla takes you through unique canopies of pecan trees, in the largest pecan-producing county in the nation.
