The rear connects to a new addition with a bathroom, livingroom, and sleeping loft for one adult or two kids. It is on one fenced acre in the hill country and has its own private driveway. The patio has nice cozy chairs and your choice of a propane or charcoal grill. Welcome to your new home away from home! The Riviera House in San Marcos Texas is truly unique and stunning. The gorgeous 2000 sq.ft. home sits on a 1 acre lot and has it's own private river access! River access is shallow entry and easy for kiddos to access. The yard is a mix of shade and dappled sun and wonderful for playing or lounging. After you've tired yourself out outside, relax on the back patio or kick back and watch a movie. The home is near a train track and sometimes is loud.

Peaceful ranch getaway close to Wimberley, San Marcos, San Antonio, and Austin. The 815 sqft includes living room, dining area, and kitchenette. Each bedroom has its own AC-Heating control. Water supply is pure, filter rainwater. Come for a quiet weekend away, a new work-from-home location, or a jumping off place for sightseeing with friends.

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. This house is situated in a historic neighborhood, just steps away from the downtown square. The backyard is fenced with lots of mature trees to provide shade and privacy. The front half of the backyard is landscaped but the back half is still a work in progress. The home does have exterior security cameras monitoring the property perimeter. It is video recording only, no audio.
