There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

On a clear day, with binoculars, you can see the temples of the Greek city of Paestum on the opposite coast. The prevailing color of this apartment is green. The recently restructured apartment is completely furnished and equipped with every comfort and has a 43 square meters terrace offering a boundless sight of sea and sky… The seventeenth century Moresque bell tower, part of the Santa Maria Maddalena’s Church rises stately close to the house. This church is not as ancient as our dwelling which was built years before. The splendid vaults of the house are evident proof.

Spektakulär ist der Ausblick aus zwei riesigen Panoramafenstern und der Terrasse auf die ganze Bucht mit der Amalfiküste und hohen Bergen in der Ferne. Die Architektur des Hauses wurde von einer Wellblechhütte inspiriert, trägt außen viel Rost und innen viel puristischen Charm mit allem Komfort (Fussbodenheizung und Klimaanlage)
