We are always open to sharing a glass of wine but also want to be courteous and respect your privacy and will never intrude on your stay. If needing laundry service or suggestions of wineries or restaurants we are here to help. Watch local wildlife including deer, wild turkeys, quail, foxes, and squirrels. Despite its beautiful countryside setting in the west hills of Atascadero, the suite is conveniently located close to downtown, wineries, and the coast. Uber is a great way to get around. There are many local winery and brewery tours available by local providers. There are two outdoor cats that wander the 3 acre property. In respect to other guest who might have allergies please don't let them in the suite. They are friendly and like attention. There is a bench by the suite entrance that they like to sit on and say hello. We have one indoor cat and one indoor dog in the main house. Note the suite is disconnected from the main house. Occasionally they wander the deck when having a glass of wine. They are super friendly and sweet. Location: Our suite is centrally located between the coast and the North County wineries. Located off the 41, across the street from Atascadero Zoo and also right off highway 101. Additionally, there are many great restaurants, movies, parks and coffee shops near to enjoy. It is a short distance to the beautiful central coast line where you can enjoy kayaking, boating and shopping. Cal Poly is a 15 minute drive.

OSOSUITE is a secluded space, airy, clean, spacious, and refreshing. Large windows that let in fresh warm sunlight, but we also have blackout curtains for privacy. A deep soaking tub to return to after an outdoor adventure, hike, bike ride, beach day, or for a romantic evening with that special someone, this space invites you to relax and rejuvenate! Nestled in a tree filled oasis on .75 acres, just a 5 minute walk from the historical Village of Arroyo Grande. Our property is the perfect get away from the bustle of life and into nature without being too far away from everything the central coast has to offer. Our bright, cheery, one bedroom guest quarters is the perfect place to rest while you enjoy all of the great things to do on the central coast. Minutes from shopping, restaurants, wine tasting, beautiful beaches and hiking trails.

South Carriage House Suite at Chateau Noland

Chateau Noland is located half way between LA and SF a stone's throw from the world famous Highway 1 and US 101. We are minutes from several beaches, bike trails, world famous wine tasting, and the idyllic downtown San Luis Obispo. The property boasts incredible views of the Avila Valley and the surrounding oak-covered hills. The architecture of the main house (the "Castle"), Carriage House, and surrounding grounds will make you feel as if you have been transported to France's Loire Valley.

Downtown Bungalow

This is a very cute studio near cal poly/ downtown San Luis Obispo. The unit is VERY small but comfortable and cozy. It is the back unit of a main house so it is preferred that guests are respectful. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, and tv (no microwave and only a small fridge).The bed is lofted and very comfortable. We do our absolute best to try and accommodate the needs of guests while they are staying in the bungalow. We advertise exactly what the unit is.

Hike from the house to multiple trailheads or drive 15 minutes to enjoy the beach. Enjoy our special casita as a crash pad for your idyllic SLO vist.

Guest suite in San Luis Obispo

Large 460 sq. ft. suite (garage conversion) connected to the home but with a separate entrance. There is a one queen bed and a sitting area complete with loveseat and rocking chair. A rolling desktop is ready for the business traveler with internet download speed of 360 Mbps and upload speed of 11.26 Mbps. An outside sitting area is just outside the door as well as convenient street or driveway parking.
