Garden entry private suite near shops and transit

Spacious 500 square ft. guest suite, five steps down from private at- grade garden entry, within our beautiful 1904 Dutch colonial on a quiet street in lovely Alameda. The space has standard 8ft ceilings, plenty of natural light with 6 full size windows and a patio space in our lovely garden. Amenities include Roku TV, kitchenette appliances but not a full kitchen. The Queen bed and the full size sofa bed can sleep a family of 4. Easy walk to public transit, restaurants, shops and parks.

Gorgeous, comfortable two bedroom Suite

Our light-filled lower level suite has been fully remodeled (completed Feb 2019) and includes two bedrooms (up to 4 Queen beds), a large media room with a fold-out couch bed, and one full bathroom. Total space is approximately 1000 square feet with a private entrance. Amenities include all the perks of our media room and a kitchenette. We wash all linens included Duvet covers between guests. Please see below for Coronavirus precautions we are taking to ensure complete safety for guests.

Montara Beach Getaway

Peace and quiet awaits at our Montara Beach Getaway. Enjoy hiking, biking, and nice walks on the beach right out the front door. We are located 2 blocks from Montara State Beach, and across the street from open space with miles of hiking trails. Enjoy this 1 bedroom unit with a comfortable queen bed and a full kitchen in the living area. The couch also folds out to accommodate extra guests. To help you unwind there is a hot tub right outside your door. Come enjoy our beautiful Coastside.

You'll be 10 minutes to downtown Felton and 25 minutes to Santa Cruz. The cottage is on a shared property and next door to the main house. Please note there is no indoor shower (outdoor only). Although 4 wheel is needed, THE ROAD IS RURAL, NARROW AND STEEP. Ideal for confident drivers. Permit #211304
