Splendido appartamento al primo piano in palazzina da due piani .Zona centrale. Tutte le finestre e il balcone affacciano sul mare. Pavimento in parquet rovere sbiancato. Arredi moderni e di ottima fattura. Appartamento molto silenzioso . Basta scendere pochi scalini per trovarsi in spiaggia libera o attrezzata. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti supermercati ( Conad , Dok, Eurospin ed altri ) . Sono inoltre presenti piccoli ristoranti, bar e pizzerie .Perfetto per tutti i periodi dell'anno.

Casa adatta anche a lunghi soggiorni, dotata di ogni comfort per il lavoro a distanza: wifi, postazione di lavoro, caminetto, riscaldamento autonomo.
