It boasts some of the most magnificent and expensive properties in the country and lush scenery for the high-profile locals. Public transit is difficult, but available. Having a car will make things much easier. Los Angeles has UBER & LYFT!!! Download the App before you arrive! Please expect to wait on average 5 mins for an Uber/Lyft to arrive. PARKING: • Plenty of free street parking right next to the house for any type of vehicle. There is absolutely no parking restrictions, meters, or street cleaning. Monte Nido is nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains between Calabasas and Malibu, 5 minutes away from Pepperdine University in Malibu. You can walk to the Backbone trail head from our yard. The guest house has a private entrance, full kitchen, bath and french doors that open up to a private patio with a fountain. There is also a private deck for star gazing and afternoon naps. Perfect for hiking, biking, surfing, and relaxation. There are no streetlights or sidewalks. It is truly paradise.

San Fernando 2bd 2ba Guest House

A full kitchen is provided, with a gas stove, refrigerator and dishwasher along with washer and dryer. The space is well appointed with a 75" 4K TV in the livingroom and both bedrooms are heated and cooled by dedicated mini-split Air Conditioners. You will enjoy the large private gated patios. This is located at the rear of the property.
