The one-of-a-kind 1-bath studio is nestled just 15 miles from downtown, and hosts unique features like a peaceful setting ensconced by oak trees, and even on-site wildlife viewing. Rise and shine each day to listen to the birds and maybe even feed the deer, or explore the neighborhood with a leisurely stroll. A short drive away, all the excitement of city life awaits at San Antonio's world-famous River Walk.

This adorable studio apartment is located in the back of a gorgeous 1910 jewel of a home in Tobin Hill. It features a kitchenette with a sink, a refrigerator and a microwave. The bathroom has a large beautifully tiled walk-in shower. We are located within walking distance of the Pearl area, restaurants, entertainment and watering holes! This lovely location is in close proximity to Metropolitan Methodist Hospital, Trinity University, San Antonio Military Medical Center and major thoroughfares.

This is a one-of-a-kind lofted studio apt made from an old master bedroom in a 1908 craftsman home. It is shared with my personal recording studio. The apt has a private dedicated restroom inside the unit. It’s accessed through a key code door that only the tenant will have. The recording studio is typically used 2-3 mornings per week and 1-2 evening per month making it VERY private for guest. We rarely use the kitchen (shared space) making it nearly always available to our guest. W/D included
