This is a cosy small studio with a beautiful view to the beach. It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. It is ideal for one or two individuals

Erifili Luxury Apartment

The Erifili luxury apartment has an area of 75m2 and is located on the 1st floor. It consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 king size bed each, 1 single kitchen-living room, 1 bathroom and 2 balconies on the front and back respectively. It is a light, bright and airy apartment located in the city center just 2 minutes from the main square. There is fast internet and weekly cleaning of the apartment in its basic amenities.

Located in the heart of Pythagoreion only 1 minute walk from the beach and all the popular bars and restaurants our cosy modern flat is a unique place to stay while you are in Samos. It combines comfort, style and has a great location. It was renovated in May 2021 in order to ensure that excellent quality stay is provided to our guests.
