Literally ten steps from the endless blue of the Aegean sea is this luxurious beachfront house for a relaxing vacation at Velanidia Koumeikon Marathokampou of Samos Island. The location is ideal if you enjoy privacy and exclusivity as well as if you enjoy busier environments in nearby Ormos, Kampos and Balos all within five to ten minutes driving. The house was recently renovated (2023) and is fully furnished. There are 2 bedrooms, a comfortable kitchen and a living room. Ideal for four persons.

Three minutes by foot from Samos central square, the local market and the port. The house has two floors. The upper floor can host up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms with view at the sea! The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house
