Die 120m² Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock unseres Hauses aus dem 19. Jhdt. und wurde vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Sie ist für bis zu 6 Gäste buchbar und verfügt über 3 Schlafräume (2 davon mit Waschbecken im Zimmer), 2 Bäder (einmal Bad/WC, einmal Dusche/WC mit Waschmaschine), über eine geräumige große Küche (Wohn-/Essraum mit Kabel-TV) und noch einen zusätzlichen Aufenthaltsraum mit Kabel-TV. Der Balkon beim Schlafzimmer der Hauptwohnung ist klein aber fein!

Die Hütte am Wald ist ein Blockhaus welches dank Vollholz Bauweise ein super angenehmes Raumklima schafft und neben hübschem Interior auch allen Komfort mit privater Sauna, Kamin und toller Ausstattung für Groß und Klein bietet. Gelegen am sonnigen Waldrand nicht weit vom Fuschlsee entfernt, biete die Hütte am Wald einen großen Garten mit privater Terrasse, Outdoor Esstisch und Sonnenliegen. Stilvolle 115m² DG-Wohnung mit herrlichem Seeblick

50m vom Seeufer entfernt, befindet sich das „Sonnengütl“, ein umgebautes, altes Bauernhaus, umgeben von einem herrlichen Garten, ausgerichtet nach Süden und zum See, gelegen im Wengl, einer ruhigen und sehr sonnigen Lage in St.Gilgen. Das Dachgeschoß dieses Privathauses wurde zu einer sehr besonderen, großen 115m² Wohnung ausgebaut, mit großzügigen Wohn-Essbereich mit Glasfront zum überdachten Balkon, getoppt noch durch einen fantastischen Blick auf den See und in die Berge.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.
