Sunny, clean, cozy garden cottage with private entrance in the backyard of my home, with a garden view and its own small patio. The space is small, 300 sq. ft. (microstudio), but very efficient. The studio has a sofa that converts to a full-size bed, bathroom with shower, and kitchenette. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, silverware, pots & pans, etc., so you can cook meals. It has a mini fridge, electric teakettle, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster oven, and single electric stove burner.

Included for usage is a hot tub, shared with a basement airbnb in our home. It's hard to believe the shed was full of tools and junk not long ago. No stress the remodeling is done and ready for your stay. The home is located 20 min from Big Cottonwood Canyon, 25 min from downtown, and a block from Walmart and the hospital.

This 1913 cottage is in a large backyard behind the main house. It can accommodate 2 adults and a child. The cottage is in a very quiet neighborhood with cafes and a book shop right around the corner. We are a few blocks from Westminster University and 2 miles from the University of Utah. Sugarhouse Park and the Sugarhouse business district is one mile away. We are 4 miles from downtown and 30 - 50 miles to the mountains. It is about 5 minutes to the freeway depending on traffic.
