I'm happy to host you & your pets! My home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood away from busy streets, about 15 miles south of Salt Lake International Airport. The guest area is the main level, about 900 square feet. I don't charge cleaning fees. Requests with kids ages 2-12 will be declined for their safety, no exceptions. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease. Backyard & dog run unavailable April - August 2026.

Contactless stay. NO cleaning fees! However damaging bedding is your responsibility (maybe bring some). The low price for a night is 1 person stays are most common here. Great location for hiking and walking on the hill with amazing views. Close to hospitals: LDS, Shriner's, Primary Children, U of U, Huntsman. I regulate the AC and heat as I live on the main floor however there is a fan and heater in the unit. You can have a third person, Full size futon. Any questions just ask😃.
