This property is located 10 minutes from the Seneca Lake Marina, which offers boats and kayak rentals, a swimming beach, fishing, and a restaurant that over looks the lake. The Great Guernsey Trail is within walking distance of the property and is a 14 mile round trip with a paved path. Also has playground and dog park.Salt Fork state park is 20 minutes away and offers hiking, hunting, golfing, boating, fishing, swimming beach, and horseback riding.

Forest Haven - Otium

As you descend the stairway into the woods you'll begin to experience the peace of Otium, one of two small shipping containers set into a clearing in the forest. The outdoor living space has lounging seats, chairs, natural gas fire pit, outdoor shower and an outdoor soaking tub! The inside of Otium is designed with the colors and textures of nature, seamlessly blending with the surroundings, but furnished with luxury linens and all the comforts of home! The living area includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfortable furniture to enjoy a smart tv and fireplace. A King bed and full bath on the main floor. The loft has a queen bed. Cabin is best suited for 2 but we can accommodate a small family using a sofa sleeper. New central air for your comfort!
