Beautiful, inspiring, and peaceful, Arthouse is a place to escape. This converted art studio in West Dorset is close to Chesil Beach and the Jurassic Coast. It is surrounded by wildflowers and features contemporary art and sculptures by artists Rouwen and Reeve. The space is complemented by mid-century modern furnishings, high ceilings, and exposed beams. All doors open to a private patio and a naturalistic garden. The Sauna, located in the gravel garden looks out onto sculptures and plants.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, complete with its own private tennis court, should you wish to use it. In addition there is also a very large garden area to the front of the Annexe for you to enjoy. A private secure gated entrance with plenty of parking space is also provided. Two electric remote control Vellux windows complete with blinds also provide plenty of fresh air and light into your new home. A private patio area with seating and gas BBQ is also provided. Sleek and cozy 2 bedroom house with a parking space. The kitchen and the lounge are located on the ground floor. The lounge features a 75 inch smart TV, sofa (sofa bed) with soft blanket and cushions so you can sit back relax and enjoy Netflix. The kitchen has everything you’ll need and leads onto a nice outdoor patio! On the first floor, we have two bedrooms and a washroom. The newly renovated washroom contains adjustable power shower for sitting or standing power shower.

With your own front door you will be able to come and go as you wish. We have plenty of secure, gated off road parking for car and cycles.
