Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

River Forge is self contained detached accommodation directly on the River Avon overlooking fields, the Cathedral beyond and only a short walk to the city centre. I provide this small annexe ,purpose built, at the side of my house with its own private entrance, parking outside. It provides a double bed in clean bedroom with TV .There is an en suite bathroom with shower , basin and toilet . Towel provided. There is a small lobby / storage area with microwave, small fridge , toaster and Kettle . I provide cereal , bread , butter , marmalade , marmite , tea , coffee , hot chocolate , peppermint tea and oat milk .
