On the ground floor, you will find a large dining-living room as well as two terraces, a barbecue and a private garden, through which you also benefit from direct access to the shared swimming pool and then to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the dining room and was renovated in December 2025.<br><br>On the first floor you will find two bedrooms, one of which has a sea view terrace, and two bathrooms.

Townhouse directly on the beach

A unique townhouse , with only 5 houses inside the community, directly on the sandy beach between Marbella and Estepona. It is a very private community and the beach in front of the house is never crowded, as there is very limited public access. It is only a 10 minute drive to the famous Puerto Banus and approx. a 15 minute drive to Estepona old town. There are several shopping facilities in walking distance, ie. Lidl and Mercadona, as well as plenty restaurants and beach bars.
