The houses and roofed parking lot are nestled amidst mature manicured gardens surrounded by a tall wall guaranteeing an acre of total privacy (approx. 4,000m2). The garden boasts a large pool featuring a double, two-pronged staircase and massage corner, a cabana with a fully-furnished kitchen and shower/toilet, as well as an adjacent roofed barbecue area with a gas grill and two huge tables for those pool-side parties.

The house accommodates 4 people and also has a sofa for an additional 2 guests. The pool is exclusively for guests' use, as is the parking. Wi-Fi is also available. The nearest beach, Rabac, is 20 minutes away.
