The main floor of the house has a full kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, sunroom, full patio with view of the ocean. There are 3 bedrooms. Queen Bed (Schooner Room), one Queen Bed (Dory Room), Double Bed (Fo'c'sle Room). 2 bathrooms, one en-suite bathroom. and full kitchen with all the utensils, and washer and dryer. Breakfast cereal provided. Free parking, Nonsmoking environment.

As part of the Newfoundland government's resettlement plan, the house was barged across Fortune Bay to its current location in 1974.
