Gehen Sie ein paar Schritte hinters Haus wartet eine schöne Terrasse für gemütliche, laue Abende auf Sie. Eine Treppe führt hinunter zum Bach. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie dem Gästebett.

Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. Genießen Sie den herrlichen Ausblick von den Weinbergen bis zur Donau. Das mit viel Liebe errichtete Apartment (ca. 40m²) befindet sich im ruhigen, historischen Altstadtkern und ist mit Fußbodenheizung, Bad/WC sowie einer Küchenzeile ausgestattet. Nahversorger, urige Heurigen und Wander- bzw. Radwege sind ganz in der Nähe.

Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, vom Geschirrspüler über Gasgrill bis zum Mixstab. Mit Sauna, Garten, Lounge.zum Stausee sind es 3 Autominuten. Der Fluss Steyrling fließt unweit vom Haus. Im Sommer gibt es dort schöne Schotterbänke und die Möglichkeit, sich zu erfrischen. (200m v.Haus). Gasthaus und den Dorfladen 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

Zum Donauradweg sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß, eigener Parkplatz sehr Nahe gelegen, Abstellmöglichkeiten von Fahrrädern vorhanden.

Medieval tower built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle.
