A cozy self-contained one-bedroom cottage in a private garden setting situated behind the main house on the grounds of our home - across the road from the beautiful Little Welches Beach on the South Coast, just west of Oistins. This cute holiday home is spacious, functional, tastefully furnished in a tropical/coastal island style and is well-maintained. Conveniently located within walking distance of the essential amenities, with onsite parking and easy access to public transport and highways.

Fully a/c, spacious newly renovated studio apt conveniently located in Dover, a stone throw away from the Sandals resort and the popular Dover Beach. There is an attached 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house which can be rented either separately or together with the studio. All the accommodations are new, and the décor is modern and tropical. There is parking available and a shady back garden to relax in the outdoors. You are just a stroll from several bars, restaurants, groceries and a busy bus route.

My son Thomas and I would love to welcome you to our lovely breezy upper level studio with a loft bed, plus a sofa-bed, in a private and quiet area of the 9-hole Rockley golf club. With views overlooking green spaces, the studio has a shared pool and laundry, and is within easy walking distance to lovely South Coast beaches, and supermarket, shops, bars, and restaurants. Its Christ Church location makes it easy to reach Bridgetown, and other parts of the island by car or public transport.

This is a completely separate cottage at the rear of our own home, on a quiet cul-de-sac, about one minutes "stroll" down to "our" (Rockley/Accra) beach. There's a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a smaller second bedroom. Open plan with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. Veranda, small courtyard and a lawn. Within easy walking distance are a bank, doctor and pharmacy, a sports bars, a beach bar, 5 restaurants, a convenience store and 2 supermarkets.

It is a lovely 1,050 square foot One Bedroom unit. Despite being a One Bedroom, it has 2 full bathrooms. The finishes are superb and give a truly luxurious experience. It has a large terrace with a ceiling fan, a fully equipped kitchen, Air Conditioning throughout. Partial Ocean View. One parking space comes with the unit. The building is located right on the beach, is well secured, within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, shops, nightclubs, hotels, etc.

This is a cozy little accommodation with a Spanish type style. Perfect for a romantic getaway or just someone visiting on their own to see the island. It is a safe neighborhood that is central but very quiet. For larger parties there is also a studio apartment on the property that can be rented increasing the total occupancy potential to 5 persons. The studio has a king bed and a futon. It is called Footsteps to the Beach.
