Joan’s Retreat is a quiet, relaxing place with a complete fenced in yard for your pets to play and be safe. A large outdoor shower, large patio, and covered parking area for your car and boat is available. Inside this new home, you will find a soaking tub in the master bathroom, a coffee station with enough supplies to get you started, a large 65” smart TV, and many other amenities. The beach is only 2 1/2 blocks away. Our guest are required to be at least 21 years old.

Sugar white sand quiet cottage in St. Joe Beach

Located in St. Joe Beach beside Mexico Beach. A short walk or drive to pristine sugar white sand "pet friendly" beach that stretches for miles either way with no condos or tall apartments anywhere to be seen. Plenty of room for boats and trailers on this 1/2 acre. You and your guests share a private entertainment area which converts to a bedroom. A private bedroom is also provided. Bathroom includes a shower. Small kitchen area with mini refrigerator, sink and microwave.

Carriage House on the Beach

This is a roomy 500 square foot (46 m2) bright and airy studio with full bath. The beach is just a half-mile away; an easy walk or a very short drive. Attached to a seldom-used two-car garage, it is super quiet, completely private, and very clean. Your hosts are a retired couple who live on-site in a detached residence. English and German spoken. Pets (one dog only) welcome with prior coordination. Late check in is NOT available; we will meet you at the door.
