L'atelier , situé au 2ème étage est aujourd'hui entièrement rénové, confortable, très bien équipé, haut de 4 m sous plafond, lumineux, les baies vitrées s'ouvrent sur la cour, pavée et arborée de magnolias et de rosiers. Le temps est suspendu, le calme, la douceur de la lumière, les célèbres ateliers de la butte Montmartre, au coeur de Pigalle.

Bedroom with stackable beds, can be set up as a large queen bed, or two side-by-side single beds, or one single bed. Eat-in kitchen with combo microwave/traditional oven, half-size dishwasher, granite countertop and glass tiles. In living room sofa folds open. Access to small and functional courtyard for drying clothes or storing outdoor gear (bike, strollers, etc.).

My typically Parisian, well-lit and AC equiped apartment is on the last floor of a charming apartment building with an elevator. It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.

ATTENTION: appartement au 6ème et dernier étage SANS ascenseur! Mais cet effort physique sera amplement récompensé par la situation la plus imprenable qu’il soit: D’un côté 3 balcons donnant sur tous les monuments de Paris (la Tour Eiffel, l’Arc de Triomphe, le Panthéon, la tour Montparnasse, le musée d’Orsay, Beaubourg…) De l’autre côté de cet appartement entièrement traversant, la vue sur le Sacré Coeur, d’où le nom de tour céleste!
