Outbuilding with composting toilet is right out the back door. Kayaks and stand up paddle board are available to rent for an additional fee.

This is one of three apartments in the upper floors of an awesome renovated historic building in the center of Downtown Bath's historic district. Large livingroom windows look out over Centre Street where you'll find restaurants, a bookshop, bakery, art gallery and Bath Natural Market. A shared washer/dryer is in the building and there is off street parking for your use, free (one car).

Located on 8 acres of very private pristine Maine landscape. 10 minutes to Bath. 19 minutes to Popham beach. 30 minutes to Freeport. 45 minutes to Portland. 5 minutes to public boat launch.
