The Misty Mountain Airstream

Have an amazing stay at The Misty Mountain Airstream! Our 1983 Airstream Sovereign is 31' long, has lots of nostalgic originality and comes complete with the modern amenities needed for a peaceful, relaxing stay up in the mountains of Maine. The 8'x16' deck overlooks a babbling brook, pond and forests. Inside this airstream is a small, fully-equipped bathroom, 2 twin beds, an electric fireplace, TV, stereo, fans and AC. Outside there is a firepit, grill and outdoor shower with propane-hot water.

It has a queen size bed, a reclining sleeper chair, and a fold down dinette for more guests or kids! It has AC and heat for comfort. (1 Queen sized Murphy Bed that stays down sleeps 2 and Table turns into bed, it is difficult to set up. a cot is provided for more comfort and easy set up. Tents are available upon request! Only 1 hr from Portland and 1.5 hrs from Boston. The camper is on a private and quiet 7-acre farm. Solar powered with backup. The camper has a toilet, very small shower, sink, cooktop, fridge, and small microwave. The camper is very small w a tiny bathroom but cozy and comfortable. LGBTQ+ friendly.

2022 Airstream on a goat farm

Enjoy a unique stay in a 2022 Flying Cloud Airstream on a goat farm in Kennebunk, Maine! We are about 150 ft from a boat launch to the Mousam River and provide two kayaks for guest use (no swimming in the river). We house 21 goats which are rented out to clear invasive plants around Southern Maine from May to October. We cannot promise how many goats will be here during your stay but there are always some home, in between jobs (union agreement hahaha)! BTW*** WE LOVE CANADIANS!!! 🇨🇦
