A newly renovated 700 sq ft cottage in a beloved farmhouse. The cottage sleeps 4 with a second-story bedroom including a king and queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. In the living room, there is also a cozy twin daybed. Check-in is seamless with keyless entry and includes a washer and dryer, fire pit, two parking spaces, and one dog under 50 lbs welcome. Welcome to ArtBnb! My husband Tim and I bought this 1920's property in October, and we have gradually been working on setting it up to be our long-time vision of an AirBnb rental/artist's residency. The apartment is a sweet & cozy bi-level 2-bedroom, located in central Saco. Most of the art you see in the space is original work by local artists/friends, and is for sale.
